QUESTIONS IN STYLE
This is another tool that can be used as an entire lesson plan and works well with older students. It enables the learners to think
about the lesson in a variety of perspectives, with the emphasis being on the application portion. It encourages students to approach the lesson critically
rather than just on a superficial level. You remember these if you think of the “four Rs”: recalling, reasoning, re-organizing, relating. A good way of presenting these questions to students is to prepare them ahead of time on paper so they can think of the questions throughout the lesson. It is an efficient way of helping them to take notes.
TIPS: You could also divide the students into groups and have each group focus on one set of questions. Have each group read the passage and
work on their questions. Then each group can present their answers/ideas to the large group (or you could re-arrange the groups so that each new groups has one person from the original groups)
